To our guests:


We look forward to your visit! As part of our preparation for your stay we have modified some of our policies to take into account the changing times due to Covid 19. We are taking every reasonable precaution per the CDC Federal guidelines that have been issued, as we take seriously the safety and comfort of our guests.


Following the current NYS guidelines.  Masking and Social Distancing is at the discretion of each guest in our common areas.


On stays of 1-4 days, we will not be offering refresh service of rooms for your safety and ours. However, any fresh towels and/or amenities will be available to you upon request each day. Just let us know what you need and we will provide it to you.


We know our kitchen has always been a fun place to visit with our guests, sadly we need to refrain from visiting here during this time. As always during your stay, we are only a phone call or text away. Please let us know if you need anything or have any questions. We are here for you.


We greatly appreciate you giving us the opportunity to share our home with you. We look forward to making your visit as safe and comfortable as possible.


  • Room pricing is based on a 2-person occupancy. A $50.00/person/room fee is charged for each additional person 12 and over.
  • Pricing does not include sales tax 7.5%
  • Occupancy tax does not apply.



  • A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of your reservation.
  • Deposits will be charged to your card upon confirmation of your reservation. The balance of your reservation will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival.


Cancellation of your reservation:

  • If you need to cancel your reservation before our 14 days cancellation period you have the following options: Have us issue you a Chalet Credit Certificate for 100% of your deposit for future use up to one year OR issue you a refund of 90% of your deposit to cover the cost of processing and rebooking your reservation.
  • If you need to cancel within our 14 days cancellation period you are responsible for full payment of the reservation and all monies due will be collected.
  • We realize that life happens and circumstance change. Our previous policy stated 'no refunds if canceled within 14 days unless we can rebook.' However, we appreciate your business and want to strike a balance between the loss of your reservation with little time for us to rebook vs. having you be able to stay sometime in the future.
  • Therefore, you may opt to receive a refund for 75% of the amount you paid for your reservation regardless if it can be rebooked. OR You may opt to receive a Chalet Credit Certificate for 90% of the amount paid for your reservation, regardless if it can be rebooked. This Credit must be used within 4 months of your original booking; is not valid for use on Holidays, Holiday weekends or with Specials and if you rebook and cancel again, the certificate is no longer valid.



  • Check in is 4 pm-6 pm
  • Checkout is 11 am
  • Changes to this may be made by prior arrangement.



  • Children over the age of 12 are most welcome.
  • Children of all ages are welcomed when booking the entire house.
  • Pets cannot be accommodated at this time.
  • Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas.
  • The Chalet is flame less within the individual suites.
