Every morning at the Chalet begins with a lovingly prepared three-course breakfast, crafted from the freshest ingredients. Our farm-fresh eggs and pasture-raised meats come directly from our family’s own operation, Soberon Farm, while herbs are picked from our on-site garden just steps from the kitchen. Each dish reflects three generations of culinary tradition and a deep commitment to quality.

Our Rotating Menu

Each morning features a different selection from our rotating menu, ensuring every stay brings a new culinary delight.

Our classic take on this beloved brunch staple. Perfectly poached eggs nestled on toasted English muffins with savory ham from Soberon Farm, draped in a velvety house-made hollandaise sauce.

A traditional Spanish omelette featuring farm-fresh eggs, tender potatoes, and sweet onions, slow-cooked to golden perfection. Served with a side of fresh herbs from our garden.

Crème brulee oatmeal

A decadent twist on a morning classic. Creamy steel-cut oats infused with fresh orange zest and topped with a caramelized sugar crust, fresh berries, and a drizzle of local maple syrup.

Filled with farm-fresh eggs, garden spinach, and a blend of fine cheeses. Light yet satisfying, paired with farm fresh breakfast sausage or bacon.

Thick cut Brioche bread soaked in a cinnamon spiced custard with Farm fresh eggs and riddled to a golden perfection. Served with whipped cream, seasonal fruit, and a dusting of powdered sugar.

  • When planning a getaway with friends or another couple, book an unforgettable private chef meal for six during your stay at The Chalet.
  • Tell us which ingredients you would love to feature from our farm – your favorite proteins, seasonal vegetables, herbs or flavors – and share any preferences or dietary needs. From there, our chef will craft and send you a selection of custom menu options to choose from in a personalized farm-to-table dining experience designed just for your group.
  • Then, choose your favorite ambiance and location at The Chalet to enjoy your meal – choose from the Adirondack style kitchen, the spacious covered porch, the great room by the fireplace or on the back patio surrounded by the forest!
  • Our menu features products like Pasture Raised Pork Chops or Lamb Chops grilled to perfection and served with a Balsamic Cherry Glaze over a Yukon Gold Potato Croquette with Honey Glazed Carrots, Fresh Greens with a Housemade Blood Orange Vinaigrette and Herbed Fresh Bread served with a Garlic Beet Confit with olive oil and fig glaze. And of course, dessert is never an afterthought. Indulge in decadent favorites like
